IMPACTING OUR COMMUNITY |
| Home |
What should I expect when I attend a Destiny Church service? A Sunday morning service at Destiny Church is a time to celebrate what God is doing in the lives of the people of Destiny Church. Services are relaxed and casual, and the people of Destiny Church are welcoming and friendly. Our desire is for you to be affected by the presence of God. What kind of music will I hear? The music at Destiny Church is upbeat and modern with passionate praise and worship. We have a praise band the leads to congregation into the presence of God. Where do I take my kids? Expect to see a lot of kids at Destiny Church because we are primarily a church of young families. The kids stay in the service to participate in praise with their families. When we dismiss the kids to their classes they will be taught the Word of God by trained and dedicated teachers in classes that are age appropriate and fun. When you pick them up after the service closes you can expect them to be excited about the time they spent in their classes. What is the preaching like? The messages at Destiny Church are encouraging and practical. We believe that the Word of God will changes lives and build up people. Our team of preaching pastors focuses their messages on real life issues. Our goal is for you to be able to say that what we talked about on Sunday gave you something that could help you throughout the week--in you family, at your work, with your life--and that you were drawn closer to God.
